Immersed in the elements at Xinalani, we will work with air, earth, fire and water to understand what each element represents and how they can help us deeply embody and heal. Using daily practices and rituals, we will guide you in intention setting and releasing limiting beliefs so that you can create a foundation to flourish and reconnect to your inner strength.
